It is about 20 minutes from Grand Lake, up long winding road, half is gravel. There are probably 2 dozen disbursed sites, and the higher you drive the better the view. A trailhead long the way has a toilet. Camping is at about 9,100 feet. My only negative is the dusty road. OBTW, it is in a dead pine forest, infected by the Pine Beatle. When this place has it’s next forest fire, it will be a big one.
