There are several different Kraus-like relations, common in the early German communities.

At the bottom of the hill was the mill that served as the economic engine of the small community. You can see the drawing, a historical photo and the remains of the foundation after it was decommissioned.

Nice design on the bar. It came from a brewery in town. Simple, natural and very functional.

The historic house next to the work building. Having these two buildings side by side was a luxury in the day given you did not need to work all day in the same building you had meals and slept in.

The oldest gravestone in the cemetery dates to 1819 and there were others that looked to be a good bit older.
