Fresh Mint Tea (simple + great)
- Rinse 10–15 fresh mint leaves .
- Lightly bruise them (fingers or back of spoon).
- Add to a cup, pour over hot (not boiling) water.
- Steep 5–7 minutes, strain if you want.
- Optional: honey, lemon, or a slice of ginger.
Hot is classic; iced works great too—just chill and pour over ice.
