:herb: Fresh Mint Tea (simple + great)

  1. Rinse 10–15 fresh mint leaves .
  2. Lightly bruise them (fingers or back of spoon).
  3. Add to a cup, pour over hot (not boiling) water.
  4. Steep 5–7 minutes, strain if you want.
  5. Optional: honey, lemon, or a slice of ginger.

Hot is classic; iced works great too—just chill and pour over ice.
